How NETRO handles the personal data you send through the enquiry form: emailed to our team, never stored by this website.

Netro Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“NETRO”, “we”), India, is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy contact: [TBC: privacy email address]. EU representative under GDPR Art. 27: [TBC].

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name and business email and, if you choose, company, country, phone, area of interest, project description, estimated budget and preferred contact method. We also record when you gave consent and which version of this policy applied.

When you browse the site, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect it.

This website does not store your enquiry. When you press Send, your details are emailed to our sales inbox and you receive an automatic confirmation. That email is the only record: the website keeps no database, account or copy of your message, and does not write your details to its logs.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to take steps you ask for before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use them for marketing without separate consent, and we do not sell them.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose only.

If you choose a language other than English or Spanish in the language menu, the page is translated by Google Translate. Only then does your browser load Google’s translation service, which receives the page text and technical data such as your IP address, and processes them under Google’s own privacy policy. Choosing English or Spanish again switches it off.

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and page views (lawful basis: your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Google Ireland Ltd. acts as our processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising features are off and IP addresses are not stored. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

Our sales and engineering team, and the providers that operate our email ([TBC: email provider and region]) and hosting ([TBC: hosting provider], Cloudflare). Where data leaves the European Economic Area, including to our team in India, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses [TBC: confirm transfer mechanism].

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted from our mailbox 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, contract records follow the applicable legal retention periods.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to [TBC: privacy email address]. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Without your consent this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language is kept in the page address; only if you choose a machine-translated language is a “googtrans” cookie set to remember that choice. See the Cookie Policy for details.
