Cookies set by this website
None by default. Your language is part of the page address (/en or /es). If you choose a machine-translated language in the language menu, a “googtrans” cookie stores that choice so Google Translate can apply it, and Google may set its own cookies when its service loads. Choosing English or Spanish removes the choice.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you choose “Accept Analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> for up to 2 years to count visits and pages viewed. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, and advertising and personalisation features are switched off. If you choose “Reject”, or make no choice, Google Analytics is never loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key “netro-consent”), and you can change it at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the footer; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.
Security and delivery
Our CDN and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies (for example __cf_bm) to protect the site from automated abuse. The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the enquiry form runs in an embedded frame for the same purpose. These are exempt from consent because the service cannot work securely without them.
Future changes
If we add other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before they are used.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the enquiry form, from working.
